Before You Book

  • Sophie is typically booked out 3 months in advance. She opens her books at the end of each month for the month 3 ahead.
  • All appointments require a deposit to secure the spot. 30 minute appointments require a $50 deposit and all other appointments require a $100 deposit. Deposits are non-refundable.
  • Sophie charges per piece, depending on a range of factors such as size, detail and placement. If you would like a quote, please email hello@ivyink.com.au.
  • Appointments are based on timeframes. This timeframe is your whole appointment, and includes the time it takes for the artist to finalise the design with you, stencilling, set up etc.
  • Please ensure you are booking the correct amount of time for the tattoo you are after. Please refer to the below guide or email hello@ivyink.com.au for further guidance.
  • Multiple people may be tattooed in the one appointment, as long as you have booked enough time for each person, including set up time etc.
  • We do not tattoo anyone under the age of 18, regardless of parental consent. Photo ID required at your appointment.
  • If you need to reschedule your appointment, we allow one free reschedule up to 48 hours before your appointment. For a second reschedule, you will need to put down a second deposit. Reschedules/cancellations within 48 hours will result in the loss of your deposit.
  • Sophie does not offer behind the ear, inner lip tattoos or finger tattoos.
